Trade Exhibition
This will be in the Mayflower Lounge, and in the two rooms on either side of the Conference Hall. Buffet lunch on arrival Thursday, and tea & coffee during the two 45 minute breaks and on arrival on Friday, will all be served in the latter two rooms. Please see the plan below.
The Society is taking bookings NOW for the Trade Exhibition. Requests for double width stands will be accommodated, as long as these don't prevent our Trade Partners who attended the 2007 meeting from attending in 2008; please e-mail Trade@sivauk.org
The main meeting runs from lunch on arrival from noon on Thursday, until 1pm on Friday. Trade companies have access from 9am on Thursday for setup, and the Friday morning tea/coffee break is due to finish at ~11am.
Holly Hornby, Conference & Event Sales Manager at the DeVere Grand Harbour (Tel: 02380 714570) will be delighted to receive deliveries during the week of the conference. Please contact Holly to discuss the arrangements for deliveries and collections.
Companies registering for the Trade Exhibition will receive Complimentary Thursday Evening Dinner for two individuals. We look forward to welcoming you to SIVA UK Southampton.
